Welcome to Seniors Medical Supply’s FAQ page! We’re here to address your questions and provide you with the information you need about our products and services. Below are some common questions and answers. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact our customer support team for further assistance.
A. Our delivery services vary from drop shipping, customer in-store pick, or having your item(s) hand-delivered in person.
A. Delivery fees are based on your geographical location. If we deliver items that are an in-home required set-up, there is typically no delivery fee but our service fees are nominal.
 A. We do not charge a service call fee if the product is still under warranty. We reserve the right to charge a fee if we feel the service is related to patient abuse, damage, or improper use of equipment. We do charge a service call fee for all products if you did not buy it from us.
A. As CMS requires we have to perform a due diligence process. That process includes verifying patient benefits, collecting appropriate documentation from your healthcare providers, and if your request requires prior authorization, the equipment must be authorized by your insurance carrier before it can be dispensed. This process can vary based on the availability of your provider and the time it takes for your health care plan to respond. We work earnestly with your healthcare and insurance providers to honor your request quickly.
A. You will have no out-of-pocket expenses if you have a Medicare Supplemental Plan. However, a 20% coinsurance fee may be associated with your cost, should you not. If you are on full Medicaid, you typically have no out-of-pocket expenses for items covered through your plan.
A. Since we do not invoice clients, all co-payments and deductible fees are due when services are rendered.
